W-Core Full-Channel Tampons — Built for Brands That Compete on Absorbency, Not Just Price
A full-channel W-shaped core structure, engineered to pull fluid along its full length instead of absorbing only at the surface. Available in plastic-applicator and bulk formats, including a Light (<6 g) grade to round out your range.

What Makes a W-Core Different
Most standard tampons use a compressed-pillow core, where fiber is pressed into a single dense block and absorption happens mainly at the outer surface. A W-core takes the same fiber and compresses it into a W-shaped channel structure instead — creating multiple absorption pathways along the full length of the tampon rather than one surface area. That structural difference is designed to support faster wicking and a higher effective capacity per gram of material, which is the kind of visible, explainable difference that premium-positioned brands can point to when justifying a higher shelf price against generic-core competitors.

[[TODO: 检测报告来源]] Faster wicking is designed into the channel geometry itself — if you have standardized absorbency testing reports available to share with buyers, this is a strong point to lead with in your sales materials.
Two Ways to Offer It
Plastic Applicator
The W-core sits inside a standard plastic applicator format — a familiar buying experience for shoppers who want a premium core without changing insertion method.
Bulk / Non-Applicator
The same core structure, packaged without an applicator — lower shipping volume and a plastic-reduction story for eco-positioned ranges.
Absorbency Range
| Absorbency | Typical Use Case |
|---|---|
| Light (< 6 g) | Junior / first-time-user SKU, rounds out a full-range lineup |
| Regular (6–9 g) | Core everyday SKU |
| Super (9–12 g) | Higher-flow days |
| Super Plus (12–15 g) | Heaviest-flow days |
Pricing depends on format (applicator or bulk), absorbency and order volume — send us your target spec and quantity for a project-specific quote.
Why Add a Light Grade to Your Range
A sub-6 g Light SKU is often the most overlooked slot in a private-label range — it captures first-time users and lighter-flow days, and rounds out a lineup so your brand covers the full customer journey instead of just the middle. [[TODO: 竞对比较断言]] It’s also a grade fewer suppliers stock as standard, so it can help a listing stand out where it’s offered.

Is W-core compatible with private label packaging?
Yes — the same wrapper, box and color customization options apply across the W-core line as they do on every other format we produce.
Why does Light absorbency matter for my range?
It fills a gap most private-label ranges skip — first-time users and lighter-flow days — so your brand can cover a customer’s full cycle rather than just the middle of it, without needing a separate product line.
Can I get the W-core in both applicator and bulk formats in one order?
Yes — mixed formats can be consolidated into a single shipment, which is common for brands launching a full range at once.
I’m not sure which absorbency mix I need — can I still get a quote?
Yes. Send your target market and a rough sense of your customer base, and we’ll help you work out a sensible absorbency mix and starting quantity from there.
