Tampons are Class II medical devices in the US, requiring FDA 510(k) clearance. We provide all test documentation — absorbency testing (ASTM F866), extractable testing, and clinical safety data — and can support your regulatory submission process to market tampons under your brand in the US.

We manufacture four absorbency levels: Light (6g), Regular (6–9g), Super (9–12g), and Super Plus (12–15g). Each is clearly labeled per FDA and EU absorbency labeling requirements. You can mix levels in one order as long as each SKU meets the 2,000-unit MOQ.

Cardboard applicators are 100% biodegradable and preferred in eco-conscious markets (EU, Australia). Plastic applicators (BPA-free) provide a smoother glide and are the dominant format in North America. Both are available for private label OEM with your custom branding.
