WHAT WE SUPPORT

OEM support from concept review to production planning

Every project begins with the target market and the exact product brief. Green Gardener then coordinates the decisions needed to move from an initial idea to an approved, manufacturable specification.

01

Product & format selection

Review available applicator and non-applicator formats, absorbency directions, materials, pack counts and target-market requirements.

02

Specification development

Align dimensions, absorbency, core and cover materials, string, wrapper, units per box and product-specific acceptance criteria.

03

Sampling & reference approval

Evaluate available samples, record buyer feedback and establish the approved product reference before commercial production planning.

04

Packaging & artwork coordination

Review buyer-supplied artwork for individual wrappers, retail boxes, barcodes, pack information and shipping-carton markings.

05

Quality & document planning

Define inspection points and identify the product, material, test and certification documents relevant to the confirmed program.

06

Commercial production coordination

Confirm the approved specification, MOQ, schedule, payment terms, packing plan and delivery terms before production begins.

Private-label tampon packaging formats and artwork review

BUILT AROUND YOUR MARKET

One product plan, aligned from specification to shelf

A private-label program is more than placing a logo on a box. Product format, material choices, pack configuration, artwork and documentation must work together for the intended channel and destination market.

Product configuration

Format, absorbency direction, materials and units per pack.

Brand presentation

Wrapper, retail box, barcode and carton-marking review.

Market review

Target country, labeling inputs and applicable document scope.

Commercial plan

MOQ, sampling route, production schedule and delivery terms.

Project note: Availability, MOQ, sampling and lead time are confirmed only after the exact product, packaging and target market have been reviewed.

HOW A PROJECT MOVES FORWARD

A practical five-stage OEM workflow

Clear decision points help prevent packaging, specification and schedule changes after production planning has started.

01

Project brief

Share the target country, format, absorbency, materials, pack count, quantity and timing goal.

02

Feasibility review

Confirm available construction, customization scope, MOQ direction and required decisions.

03

Sample review

Evaluate the relevant samples and record the approved reference and any requested adjustments.

04

Specification & artwork

Finalize product details, packaging files, labeling inputs and inspection requirements.

05

Production planning

Confirm commercial terms, schedule, packing plan and delivery route for the approved program.

AVAILABLE DIRECTIONS

Start with the right product route

Use these core routes to define the first version of your project. Final feasibility still depends on the exact specification and packaging brief.

FORMAT 01

Applicator Tampons

Plastic applicator formats with an approved absorbency, component and packaging configuration.

FORMAT 02

Non-Applicator Tampons

Compact non-applicator formats for buyers prioritizing product simplicity and reduced applicator components.

MATERIAL 03

Organic Cotton Options

Organic cotton directions where applicable, with the exact material and certification scope confirmed per project.

BRANDING 04

Private-Label Packaging

Buyer-supplied artwork applied to approved wrappers, retail boxes and outer-carton configurations.

Current availability note

Cardboard applicators are not currently available from our production. Current project routes focus on plastic applicator and non-applicator tampons. Alternative materials, wrapper constructions and environmental claims require separate technical and documentation review.

QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

Quality planning starts before production

The approved product reference, inspection criteria and required document package should be agreed before the commercial order. Documentation is matched to the finished product and destination market rather than treated as a universal certificate bundle.

Approved reference

Sample and specification used as the production benchmark.

Inspection criteria

Product-specific checks aligned before production.

Material & batch records

Available traceability and production records for the confirmed program.

Test & certification files

Relevant available documents confirmed by product and market.

Certification names and regulatory documents are never assumed to cover every finished product or destination. Organic cotton claims should reference the applicable material certification and confirmed scope.

BUYER QUESTIONS

OEM service FAQs

These answers explain how Green Gardener reviews new projects before a formal quotation and production plan are issued.

What should I send for an initial quotation?

Send the target country, applicator or non-applicator format, absorbency direction, preferred material, units per box, packaging type, estimated quantity and desired schedule.

How is the MOQ determined?

MOQ depends on the tampon format, absorbency or size, material construction, wrapper, retail packaging and customization scope. The current minimum is confirmed after the specification review.

Can I review samples before placing an order?

Yes. The relevant available samples can be reviewed before mass production. Sample options, cost and timing depend on the selected product route and delivery destination.

Can the wrapper and retail box be customized?

Private-label wrapper and retail-box customization is available for approved programs. Artwork, print files, barcode details and required pack information must be reviewed before production.

Are organic cotton tampons available?

Organic cotton options are available subject to the exact specification and material documentation. Any GOTS or other certification reference must match the applicable material and confirmed scope.

Do you currently supply cardboard applicators?

No. Cardboard applicators are not currently available from our production. Available project routes include plastic applicator and non-applicator tampons.

How long does sampling and production take?

The project schedule depends on specification review, sample approval, packaging artwork, order quantity and production planning. A project-specific timeline is confirmed after these inputs are reviewed.

What quality or certification documents can you provide?

Available material, test, quality and certification documents are matched to the confirmed product and target market. Tell us the documents your buyer or regulator requires so relevance and availability can be checked.
