Third-party PFAS test reports from SGS or Intertek are available on request and are essential for California AB 1817 compliance.

Our standard construction uses four layers: (1) moisture-wicking inner layer — organic cotton, TENCEL, or bamboo; (2) super-absorbent layer — holds fluid away from skin; (3) PUL/TPU waterproof barrier — prevents leakage, completely PFAS-free; (4) soft outer fabric layer. All seams are sewn to minimize leak pathways at the leg and waistband.

Stock styles (existing cut and construction with your branding): MOQ 500 units per style/size run. Fully custom designs (your own cut, construction, and fabric specification): MOQ 2,000–5,000 units. We strongly recommend starting with stock styles to validate market demand before committing to custom development.

Required compliance: PFAS-free test report (mandatory for California, strongly recommended for all US/EU), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (expected by most EU retail buyers), REACH compliance declaration for EU, and GOTS certification if making organic claims.
